st2540 ctrl A blue/amber led and code info

just a quick double check before opening if needed an SR ont his...
I'm working on an ST2540. This is connected to a T4-1 directly.
I setup the CAM on the T4-1 to manage the array.
I was setting up my RAID10 pool and as soon as I finished I saw that my pool and the profile I created was in size 0.0.
No alarm nothing. I looked then at the controller led I I found
CTRL A : blue and amber light on with code 05 and 0L
CTRL B: green led on and code 99.
I tryed to access the serial managment of CTRL A but I have no answer. From the serial connection on CTRLB a power off and on of CTRLA reported the follwoing:
