Patch 3460000 : Rel 11.5.10.2 Upgrade : Many 'LoadMap.class' Workers failing with "No ECX_VERSION st

Hi there

While applying the Rel 11.5.10.2 Upgrade patch (#3460000), all of our Workers have
failed on a job like this :

      FAILED: file LoadMap.class on worker 13 for product ecx username ECX.

All of the Worker logs show the same error :

      SQL Stmt:  select text from WF_RESOURCES where name = ? and type = ? and language = userenv('LANG')
      No ECX_VERSION stored in database.
      Could not get ECX_VERSION from Database

Upgrade is stopped - please let me know how to proceed
