X2100 serial port not working?

Hi I am trying to connect to serial port on a x2100 that I have done to before.. and worked fine, I had setup net man ip connect, and could connect via that.. but SC would not run any of the normal options..
I have been told its SC hung, and needs reset back to defaults.. but how?

In amoment of madness, I reset cmos back to defaults( jumper).. so cant even get into IP any more..

any ideas as to what I might do?

its just a test box for training.. so not a customer issue..

I read there is a /SC reset_*********=all or something... but as cant get onto Serial to login..
