How to Join HZ_GEOGRAPHIES with TAX Table in R12

Hi Guru's
I need to know how can we join HZ_GEOGRAPHIES table to any tax table.
Mainly i need to join HZ_GEOGRAPHIES to ZX_JURISDICTIONS_B.

Can you please suggest me the correct join condition.
