BPA Child program is erroring

Hi,

There is a invoice  for which BPA child program is erroring out  "Cannot get the tempateId for the document: 1147" . Template  is assigned to this bill_to customer. I also referred to Docid: 558136.1 .From setup perspective everything  holds good but not sure why still the program is erroring out. Any help on this is appreciated....
