error while apply Rollup Patch 14254641:R12.PRC_PF.B Spanish traslation

ct applying the Rollup Patch 14254641:R12.PRC_PF.B, the generic patch finish with no problem, but when we apply the NLS spanish, fails saying "FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker  2.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
"
