Flexfield Qualifires

 Hello,

 Can anybody explain me the Cost Center Segment , Secondary Tracking Segment and Management Segment Flexfield Qualifiers uses. Why we are using these qualifiers and for which COA Segment we can use these Qualifiers. I am little bit confused on these Qualifiers.
