OLM Class Evaluation Query Help

We started using Oracle Learning Management two years ago. We use Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 and run our applications/db on Oracle Linux 5. Our database version is 11. 
I am trying to figure out how to pull back the class evaluation data into a report that can be searched/sorted by class. I cannot for the life of me find out to join the evaluation tables with the learning . Does anyone have a sample query for this?
