Journal Entries Not Generated for Additions and CIP Additions

We are currently concluding CRP2 testing for our Oracle R12 implementation and we have encountered problems with journal entries generated by the Assets module.  For one of the months tested only the depreciation and retirement entries were generated when Create Accounting was run.  The additions and CIP addition entries were not created for the assets processed during the month.

We checked that transfer journal entries to GL was selected, but we have found no cause for the problems.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
