Changing the org in a concurrent program set

Is there a way to change the org in a concurrent set?  We have intercompany invoices that need to push through multiple orgs and would like this to run from one concurrent set rather then having a concurrent set in different responsibilities for each org run at an arbitrary delay so that they would "hopefully" run after the first concurrent programs.
