UK PAY: RTI - Missing functionality after RTI patches applied

 Good Afternoon All,
I am looking for some advice after applying the R12.HR_PF.B.delta.5 patch.

I have applied it, followed by the latest hrglobal.drv but our UAT team have come back to me reporting missing functionality.

Under HRMS>Organization>Description>Business Groups > Others the Tax Details References option is there but the form is not displaying correctly.
I get a form but not the right one, it has one long string CompanyName||Address||Post Code etc in one field when the form should have a field for each of those.
