Initialize Credit Summaries Table takes more than 2 hours

Hi,
 Initialize Credit Summaries Table takes more than 2 hours in our production instance. It had not been like this before and suddenly the performance has degraded.We have not applied any patches for the past 1 month and nothing has changed in our instance.Also we are not on MBP and oracle is unable to help since we are no on MBP.

Any suggestions on this is highly appreciated.
