Not able to sync tasks between CRM On Demand and Oracle Mobile Sales Agent Client

A few of our users are having issues with syncing tasks between CRM On Demand application and Oracle MSA. If they create a task in CRM On Demand, it does not appear in the MSA, but if they go ahead and create a task in MSA, it reflects in CRM on demand application. Is there a way you can manually sync or how can we see if it is a one wayr or two way sync?
