Asset with NBV at retirement depreciation does not process correctly sicne 9.1 upgrade.

Client upgraded from 8.8 to 9.1 ever since the following problem

It appears the retirement works correctly on fully depreciated assets but not on the assets with a NBV at retirement.  This has been an issue since they went live in 9.1 but was not an issue in 8.8.

Asset retirement retires cost moves to gain or loss account but no depreciation is accounted.
If there is Asset net book value then it does not process the depreciation right

RET rows not populated in Depreciation table for this asset. DEPRECIATION tables shows future years although the asset is depreciated.
