Adpatch doesn't report customized seeded oracle files in R12

Oracle has given us a "Register Flagged Files" functionality in R12.
However, when I try to check for patch impact using adpatch apply=no options=hotpatch,

I don't see any customized files that are being overwritten. And I know for sure that the patch is overwriting certain customized files.
Is there anyway/option that I can use with adpatch that will give me the list of customizations being impacted?
I am familiar with the patch wizard and I know that patch wizard gives me that info.
