Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to resolve Chinese display error?

Chinese characters are displayed in Chinese.1. Create a new Wiki document in the file browser, enter the Chinese in the new Wiki document.

2. Save and close, the new wiki document appear garbled open display in content.
