Manufacturing scheduling

 I have two questions regarding Mfg scheduling;1. Consider Sub-Assembly B is required to Manufacture Assembly A.

   Discrete job for B starts on 20th Feb while discrete job for A starts on 25th Feb.

   If I reschedule single Discrete job of Sub-assembly B from 20th Feb to say 1st March and afterword If I reschedule all jobs will Discrete Job of Assembly A will be rescheduled to 6th March?

2. What is the sequence of scheduling logic i.e. in which sequence scheduling engine looks at the following parameters to reschedule jobs 

   scheduling priority, build sequence, Requested due date?
