The table "APPS.GL_JE_LINES" does not have the values for "SUBLEDGER_DOC_SEQUENCE_VALUE" (Document

One of the Source view "OPR_GL_JE_LINE_V" having a values based on the table  "APPS.GL_JE_LINES". The  table "APPS.GL_JE_LINES" does not have the values for "SUBLEDGER_DOC_SEQUENCE_VALUE" (Document Number) for Most of the "CODE_COMBINATION_ID" column. The report shows the values for "Document Number" as NULL, As the "CODE_COMBINATION_ID" is joined with table APPS.GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS's column "CODE_COMBINATION_ID". I would like to know why the source table GL_JE_LINES not having the "SUBLEDGER_DOC_SEQUENCE_VALUE" for most of the CODE_COMBINATION_ID. please clarify on this as early as possible.
