Unable to view supplier site details from application

 Dear Friends,
I can see the supplier site details from application for most of the supplier sites.
But for few supplier sites, i can see the details from back-end but cannot see from application.
I am querying from the same operating unit to which the supplier site is assigned to.

Could any one let me know the reason why i am unable to see the details of specific supplier sites?
