High Priority Orders

Hej,
I was looking into problem where we have some orders which are are 1-2 weeks old and they are not 'released to warehouse' due to item are not in stock etc.

 Now is there any way I can create a batch/scheule or mark these order as 'High priority' so they could be relased to warehouse/picked/shipped and sent as 'Highest Priority Orders'?
