applyin patch 5661617

Hi,
I am currently applying oct'12 cpu patches for our EBS. As part of post patches I need to apply patch 5661617.
As per below readme of patch 5661617, I need to apply patch TXKpatch 5658489 and then run the below scripts before applying patch 5661617.
But the patch 5658489 was applied in our instance on 2007 itself, now Do I need to run the below scripts before applying patch 5661617?
Please clarify this. thanks.
