Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.6.6 K values & % symbol

hi,

I have use the build new report in bi-publihser url for eg. http://localhost:9704/xmlpserve

Requirement 1)

I am using Oracle BI-Publisher enterprise edition version Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.6.6 , when developing report using the interactive mode of Bi_publisher i have a simple report with bar chart, I am able to see the values of the bar on top of the bar but unable to dispaly a '%' symbol next to the value.

see attach PDF output with no.pdf

Requirement 2)

on bar chart when i am dispalying values if the value is over 10000 it is automatically converting to 1K and so on but my requirement is not to convert these values but to show them in thousands like 100000 not as 100k but as 100000.
