Forms, Reports 11gR2 from Oracle's edelivery

Hi All,

In order to prepare new installation for Forms, Reports 11gR2 under Windows (64Bit) and Linux (64 Bit), I checked Oracle's edelivery and observed a different in comapre last months (last check Nov. 2012 for old zip-fles):

Oracle Forms and Reports 11gR2 zip-file unter Linux x86-64 was V28728-01.zip and now V35700-01.zip

Oracle Forms and Reports 11gR2 zip-file unter Windows x64 was V28761-01.zip and now V35703-01.zip

Is there any doc and/or information about differents between zip-files available? Because some installation is prepared with zip-files of Nov 2012, Is there any patch available for adjust with new zip-files or we don't need to upgrade our existed installation?
