11.5.10.1 : An error occurred while extracting files from library while applying patch 16077798

Hi,

While applying p16077798, i encountered with above mentioned error. I continued with patch application as if it was successful.
Please advise on the error and its solution.

Log file shows :

Extracting object modules from product libraries...


An error occurred while extracting files from library.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : yes

Done extracting object modules from product libraries.
