R12.0.5 : We are applying RUP6 and while applying patch 6728000 many warnings are seen in patch log

Hi,

1) We are applying RUP6 and while applying patch 6728000 many warnings are seen in patch log file.
2) Below are some of the warning from patch log file. please confirm whether it is a problem or we can ignore it safely.
    if it is a problem please resolve our issue. Also confirm can we gohead by applying RUP6 post patches
