Oracle Universal Work Queue

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

We have the requirement as below

1) Restricting tasks with certain status not to display in UWQ. Say, tasks in Planning Status should only be visible, rest of the status should not be visible if i login with my credentials.

2) Restricting Tasks and Service Request display based on Operating Unit

Can we acheive this in R12.1.3?
