Capture Buyer information

Hi,

I have an requirement to deal with, in which we need to capture BUYER information as soon as the Purchase Requisition is assigned to buyer.

In Detail : we need to know on which date Purchase Requisition is assigned to buyer to capture in REPORT.

Please help me in Solving this.

We are on 12.0.4 version and we use Oracle Iprocurement for raising Purchase requisitions.
