AR Invoice Report perfomance issue

Hi

We have recently upgraded to Oracle EBS Release 12.1.3, Business has reported perfomance issue with with AR Invoice Print for new Invoices In 11i (11.5.10) it was completing 6-7 seconds now it's taking 20-25 seconds. We have developed BI Publisher report (rtf templates) using StandardAR  Invoice Print rdf in 11i and R12.  after enabling trace issue appears to be with datamodel sql which is build dynamically tried to add hints for improving perfomance but not much improvement in completion time

Need guidance and input on this issue, As Business have sla times to complete Invoice print around 6 seconds
