Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Rel 12 - How to find Invoice Headers with no lines or distributions

Our Payables manager used to find these in Rel 11 by running the Invoice on Hold report for Distribution Variance.

In Rel 12, these are not getting validated so there is no hold. I am looking for a report for her that will find these invoices.
