General error in method check-in - business services

Hi All,
I have a problem: when trying to check-in newly developed business function for business services, we get General Error in method: check-in. As usual, logs are empty, only information: OMW Object Type BSFN, Object ID (object name) checkin failed.

It only happens in this case. There is a lot of development goin' on and noone reported such issue before. I have the permissions on deployment server (mapped as administrator), Activity Rules seem ok, I generated F986020 and F986030 (found this clue in OTN) and still nothing...

Can you please advice?
