Calculate Gains Losses Calculations

I need to know how to recreate the Calc Gains/Losses process so we can create a "what if" scenario for our users. Does anyone know how we can find or recreate "Net Book Value Retired" and "Revaluation Reserve Retired"? These are of course not poplulated in the view until after the Oracle CGL processes runs so we need to duplicate that process to preview the results. Thank you for your assistance.
