Bank Account tab under Supplier->Inquiry->Site is disable after 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2 upgrade

Hi

We have recently upgraded our oracle 11i application from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2. Before upgrade AP user has the ablilty to view (Suppliers --> Inquiry --> Sites ) Under the sites "Bank Account" tab was viewable to AP_USER but now it is disabled. But AP_SUPER_USER can view it. Please help us to enable it or is this a new restriction that AP_USER cant view it at all?
