JDE reports

Has anyone come across a case where a user goes into BV to submit a report that they have submitted many times and a box comes up saying that they are not authorized to that report.    They can get someone else to submit it for them so that is what they did.    The next morning,  everything was fine and the use could submit their report fine.   This is wierd because they have always been able to do this report and nothing was changed in security.
