PUB Case Serialization Service

 Hi,
We would like to generate a custom Order Number with a user-defined prefix and a specific format. We found that the OOTB business service PUB Case Serialization Service is available which tries to do this and is configurable. Kindly share information available to use this.

Please note that we have licenses for eCommunications vertical, but not for Public Sector.
