Suppress header in the first page

Hello,

I have a custom BI report in the EBS 12.1.3.  The header requires a store# displayed in it only in the 2nd page (it is a simple 2 page report).  I have the store# in the xml structure.  When i preview it, the store# displays correctly in page2 only.  However, if I upload the template into EBS and then run it from there, the store# does not appear at all in the header.

Does any one know how to achieve this?  pls. help
