Compatibility Rules - Scope "Bundled Promotion”

Could you please confirm the behavior of ACR620:

"Bundle Promotion" scope behaves in the following way:

Customer A
- Bundle A (Integration Id = A1, Product Id = BPA)
- CxP 1 (Prod Prom Instance Id = A1, Prod Prom Id = BPA)
 - CompA
- CxP 2 (Prod Prom Instance Id = A1, Prod Prom Id = BPA)
- Bundle A (Integration Id = A2, Product Id = BPA)
- CxP 1 (Prod Prom Instance Id = A2, Prod Prom Id = BPA)
- CxP 2 (Prod Prom Instance Id = A2, Prod Prom Id = BPA)
- CompB

If we have a rule (with Bundled Promotion scope) saying:
CompA from CxP1 excludes CompB from CxP2
