Create accounting errors with ora 01403

 Hi All

When we ran submit accounting which in turn submits

Revenue recognition - completed successfully

Create Accounting-completed successful reports shows all the events processed successfully

Accounting program - error end

Log file

ORA-1403 No data found

EVENT CLASS CODE = CREDIT_MEMO

The following events are present in the line extract but Missing in the header extract

Event I'd = 63820109

Did you encounter the issue and ideas to overcome the issue

Is it an idea to take out credit memo with issue from accounting program by making it incomplete, is this right approachh to allow other correct accounting  information to go through to GL,while we are working on the issue
