Upgrading from 11.5.10.2 on AIX 64
Seems to be a data issue with AP_Supplier_Parties_GT not being populated


I was able to get past the error by using an earlier version of apstca01.sql from 7303029. The version that failed came from a preinstall patch 14191243.
