Hello

Could you please give me some pointers on Repair technical portal setup. I am having trouble while entering Job Lov and Operations Lov.

Also Could you please let me know how the communciation happens between depot repair and repair technical portal. :

RMA created in Depot Repair

How to assign repair order/job to Repair partners

how the repair partners get communciated when RO is assigned to them

How the Customer Care center gets back the communcation from Repair partners ( any workflow notifications or email ??)
