Oracle Inventory lot control Item On-hand shows stock but while doing stock transfer getting error"

Hi Experts / Guru,

I have critical issue sotck source from WIP, Item with lot control

1. Lot number - active

2. Subinventory - active

3. Item - active

Material work bench shows 300 qty against lot_num : 2566649 - when i perform subinevntory transfer getting error " Negative balance not allowed"
