Customization/Personalization of AP Invoice form (APXINWKB)

Hi All,

I have requirement as given below:

In the invoice form for the field Supplier Site, there is a LOV which shows the details like Site,OU,Address,City,State,Province,County,Country. 

The Address shows only Address line 1. 

My requirement is to show the LOV as  Site,OU,Address1,Address2,City,State,Province,County,Country.

Please find the attached screenhot of the exixting  LOV,

Can anybody please let me know if this can be done?
