Payment Terms Defaulting Order in Order Management

Hello All,
What is the order to default Payment Terms in Order Management?

Is it the same as Receivables? Following is the order in Receivables.
customer Bill-To site level
customer address level
customer level
Transaction Type

Please advise if it the same in Order Management also.
