Value Set for Coordinates

Dears

I have a DFF where i am storing the coordinates (X COORDINATE, Y COORDINATE) of locations in E-Business 12.1.13. But the users are not entering the Proper Coordinates for the location and they are just entering 0, 0 or junk data in the coordinates field.

Is there any way so that i can set a validation for the FORMATE MASK of coordinates field in DFF so that the user is forced to enter correct coordinate in the given formate.
