Error applying customer specific Platform Migration patch

Hi All,
During migration of 11.5.9 instance from HP-UX to LINUX.

We have successfully migrated DB Tier. During migration of APPS Tier while applying the customer specific platform migration patch 16355322 provided on Target server. We are receiving following errors.

AutoPatch error:
adprdf(): At line 5775 in file u16355322.drv:
Inconsistent file revisions in patch driver file for 'copy' action:
'copy gl lib gluddl.o 115.8 ...'
This action occurs elsewhere in the patch driver file
with file revision 115.2, but here it has file revision 115.8.
