Data transfer between releases

Hi All,
I have a question: is there a way to transfer data (I have a list of tables) between E900 and E910? The data is stored in one physical database.

Does JDE have any built-insolutions to do it? Upgrade process has transferred all technical data etc but there are still dozens of tables that need to be transferred.

Thank you inadvance and I apologize if it is a silly question - I have not much experience yet and found no document that would answer my questions...
