Unable to view supplier site details from application

 Dear Friends,
For a specific supplier site, i can see the details from back-end but cannot see from application.

1.Oracle Version: 11.5.10.2
2. The supplier sites are tagged to 2 operating units and we are unable to see supplier site details from both operating units.
3. The supplier sites are active
4. I am querying supplier site from the same operating unit to which the supplier site is assigned to.
5. Pay flag is enabled for supplier site

Could any one let me know the reason why i am unable to see the details of specific supplier sites?
