Create a Processing Constraint to apply to DFF on a Closed Order Header

The business want to create a new processing constraint to apply to some DFF attributes (1-5). They want to be able to update attributes 1-5 on the order header, after the order header has closed. I'm not sure its possible to update anything on oe_order_headers_all after the order header has closed. Or is it? On R11.5.10.
