Case Required label should not be shown in the contriols and list column

Hello All,

I need suggestion on below :

we have upgrade our siebel application from 7.8 to 8.1.1.9.
In 8.1 version, If we query on any list/form applet, <Case Required> label is showing in fields...
As we don't want required this functionality, please suggest how to overcome this.
