Unable to Run Siebel Application in Debug Mode

Hi,

I am using  windows 7, Tools ver 8.1.1.6.

When i  try to run in debug mode(F5), my operating system is continueosly asking to run siebe.exe and aksing as a prompt with Yes or No option.

I cldicked "Yes" first time, then next time again prompting whether to run siebel.exe or not....even pressing many times "No"...still its asking ...irritating....:-(

If i click yes many times ..its runnign many instances of siebel.exe ....and cpu goes 100%....
