Pipeline Analysis - Prebuilt report has a dashboard prompt - how?

So I want to use a dashboard style prompt in a regular report - not a dashboard.  I have seen this on a Pipeline Analysis report but when i open the report to edit i see no reference anywhere to that dashboard prompt.

Is this possible?
